Difference between Bodybuilder and Fitness Model

Today i am tell you about the difference between a bodybuilder and a fitness model.They are too different actually.You guys know that both are a part of fitness. Lets talk about the difference. Like fitness model are in shape year around 365 days they are in shape aesthetic and bodybuilders they are in shape for only few days. The reason is if they compete twice a year then they are in shape only for two days on stage on maybe week. So rest of the days and months they are out of shape. So my average number would be eight months a year they are out of shape and 90% bodybuilders are on drugs and only 10% bodybuilders are natural and 90% fitness models are natural diet. That a too big point where i separating bodybuilders and fitness models.

DO NOT BUY Mass Gainer or Weight Gainer

Do not buy mass gainer or weight gainer. Why? because carbohydrate is too much in it and the sugar inside the carbohydrate is very high. do you think you will grow your muscles from the mass gainer. Are you crazy. It has so much calories which your body won't be utilized it. because mass gainer has 2000 calories in one serving. And your body converts more then 600 calories into fat.So it is not a weight gainer actually its stomach gainer.Any body who is talking weight gainer their stomach is out with heavy and bloated. lot of skinny guys buying it with out knowing it . do not buy it, its really not worth full. Let me tell you that you don't have carbs deficiency. If you go to the kitchen and see you have carbs all over like potatoes, vegetables,  jam, bread oats, flour, etc then why are you buying carbs supplement. So don't get mass gainer or weight gainer. its better to eat oats, bread, fruits,etc

How To Grow Your Weak Muscle

How you can grow your weak muscles? Every one has a weak muscle if you do not train so your muscle get more weak . so that muscle will have to train you. Like many peoples focus on some of their muscles and ignore some of their muscles . When some time passes then the muscles you used to train grew up and the other muscles remain small. This is a big problem. So you want to focus on your weak muscle.So all of your muscles are equal. Whichever is the weak muscle of your body. you train him twice a week. One day heavy lift on that muscle and next lift medium weight. And on the day you train those muscle so you add extra meal in your diet. Some people say weak muscle is genetically but it's not like that if you train him then your weak muscle get strong.

What to eat before and after a workout

What should we eat before an after workout? This diet depend on the goals of every individual. If you want to build a muscle so an hour before the exercise you can take protein and carbs base diet and do not consume fat because fat slows down your absorption and your digestion will slows down and the protein you want because not your muscle break and during exercise your body remain in anabolic and carbohydrates will supply you fuel for example white egg and one banana etc .And you can also take black coffee or green tea a few minutes before exercising.And after exercise you need protein and carbs must like white egg and any fruits and after one hour you can take a bid meal protein, fat and carbs like brown rice chicken and vegetables etc

What to do first? Fat lose or Build muscles

My topic is about do we first lose fat or build muscle? Its depend on your body fat percentage do you have to lose fat or muscle build. First of all, check your body fat percentage. If your body fat is more then a 15% so you lose fat because at this time fat will be thick on your muscle and if you build muscle. In this way your muscle will not be grow and your body will be absolutely out of shape.So you lose the fat. And if your body fat is 15% or less then a 15% so you can build a muscle because fat layer of your skin will thin so your muscle will grow easily and your shape will look good too. And how do you check your body fat percentage. so you have to buy the body fat caliper from the market. which is very important .

My topic is about how to build 6 PACK ABS. First the main and important things to build abs  are diet, exercise and rest. In a week how much fat can drop with good diet,exercise and rest. you can drop 0.5% fat per week and of course you have to be in calorie deficit. And your abs then visible when your body fat is 10% or less then 10%. How much time will it take to be an abs build. its depend on  every individual. If your body fat is 20% and you have to go to 9% then you will get 22 weeks and how do you check your body fat percentage. So you have to buy a body fat caliper from the market. but again your nutrition should be calorie deficit to build 6 pack.

Slim Face and strong jaw line

My topic is about how to remove Face fat  and looked sharped and handsome. First thing you can not remove spot reduction. For example if you want my body to be perfectly fine. There is only fat above my face . Just want to reduce it and nothing so it is not possible. you cannot do spot reduction. You cannot remove fat from a particular place. You have to drop over all body fat.so number 1 thing is nutrition . you have to clean food. You have to consume low calories to get a fat remove and have to burn more. No fat burner and supplements can do nothing. And they are no exercise of only face. You have to workout overall to burn more calories. If you want your face to be a strong jawline then you have to reduce sugar sodium and salt and drink more water. So your face fat depend on your nutrition.
