My Fitness journey starts here when i was 20 i had no interest in fitness that time. After a long time i found my old friend he wrote a t-shirt and he looked good i told him you are very handsome and changed but how? He said i have started the gym. i said take my with you too because i also want to look handsome like you. He said come tomorrow with me and then i join gym with him . i was very weak that time and i was absolutely out of shape .A month later everyone told me you are healthy and you look very cool and this way i got a lot of motivation. And now i'm going to the gym for four years and now i feel very fit. And now i believe "Fitness is not a destination it is the way of life"
Today i am tell you about the difference between a bodybuilder and a fitness model.They are too different actually.You guys know that both are a part of fitness. Lets talk about the difference. Like fitness model are in shape year around 365 days they are in shape aesthetic and bodybuilders they are in shape for only few days. The reason is if they compete twice a year then they are in shape only for two days on stage on maybe week. So rest of the days and months they are out of shape. So my average number would be eight months a year they are out of shape and 90% bodybuilders are on drugs and only 10% bodybuilders are natural and 90% fitness models are natural diet. That a too big point where i separating bodybuilders and fitness models.
