In breakfast i take two brown bread slice with peanut butter and green tea .After two hours i take bannana shake with porridge . And in the lunch i take one medium roti with chicken kebab.and after the gym i take one hole egg and bannana shake with porridge . And then in the dinner i take brown rice with black beans and salad. I do not used any supplements just take the natural diet
Today i am tell you about the difference between a bodybuilder and a fitness model.They are too different actually.You guys know that both are a part of fitness. Lets talk about the difference. Like fitness model are in shape year around 365 days they are in shape aesthetic and bodybuilders they are in shape for only few days. The reason is if they compete twice a year then they are in shape only for two days on stage on maybe week. So rest of the days and months they are out of shape. So my average number would be eight months a year they are out of shape and 90% bodybuilders are on drugs and only 10% bodybuilders are natural and 90% fitness models are natural diet. That a too big point where i separating bodybuilders and fitness models.
