My topic is about how to build 6 PACK ABS. First the main and important things to build abs are diet, exercise and rest. In a week how much fat can drop with good diet,exercise and rest. you can drop 0.5% fat per week and of course you have to be in calorie deficit. And your abs then visible when your body fat is 10% or less then 10%. How much time will it take to be an abs build. its depend on every individual. If your body fat is 20% and you have to go to 9% then you will get 22 weeks and how do you check your body fat percentage. So you have to buy a body fat caliper from the market. but again your nutrition should be calorie deficit to build 6 pack.
Today i am tell you about the difference between a bodybuilder and a fitness model.They are too different actually.You guys know that both are a part of fitness. Lets talk about the difference. Like fitness model are in shape year around 365 days they are in shape aesthetic and bodybuilders they are in shape for only few days. The reason is if they compete twice a year then they are in shape only for two days on stage on maybe week. So rest of the days and months they are out of shape. So my average number would be eight months a year they are out of shape and 90% bodybuilders are on drugs and only 10% bodybuilders are natural and 90% fitness models are natural diet. That a too big point where i separating bodybuilders and fitness models.
